Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tesla Flying Car AI, a service that turns one photo into a short AI video of a car that fires its rocket thrusters, lifts off and flies away with you at the wheel. By accessing or using our service at teslaflyingcarai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Tesla Flying Car AI does one thing. You upload one photo of one person, optionally a second photo of a car, and pick a flight, and the service generates a 15-second video in which that person gets in an unbranded car, its rocket thrusters fire, and the car lifts off, hangs in the air and flies away. Unless you upload a photo of your own car, the vehicles are generated and carry no brand badges; a car from your own photo keeps its own badge. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian. Regardless of your own age, you may not upload photos of anyone under 18, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Shared Account: Tesla Flying Car AI is run by the same operator as Ricebowl AI (ricebowl.ai) and uses the same account system, so signing in on either site with the same email address or the same Google account reaches one account with one credit balance and one billing history. These Terms govern your use of teslaflyingcarai.com; your use of the other site is governed by the terms published there.

2. Account Creation: To generate videos, you need an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Your Uploads

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us the licence we need to process them for the purpose of producing your video, including sending them to the model provider described below.

You confirm you have the rights and the consent needed for every photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload photos of minors, executives, celebrities or other public figures, or characters you have no rights to use.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

• What we own: The Tesla Flying Car AI platform itself — our website, interface, workflow design, scene descriptions, and documentation — is our own work and is protected under copyright law.
• What we do not own: We do not own, develop, or claim any rights in the underlying AI model used to generate your video. That model belongs to its provider. See “Third-Party AI Model” below.
• Generated Content Ownership: You own the videos you generate, subject to applicable law, with full commercial usage rights and no extra licence fee from us. AI-generated video may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and we make no representation about the copyright status of anything you generate.
• Sound: Each video comes with action drums and engine noise generated by the model at the same time as the picture. The audio is newly generated for the scene and is not a copy of any existing recording, and you cannot upload, remove, or replace the sound on this service. If you add music when you post a video, you are responsible for having the rights to that music and for meeting the platform’s rules.
• Songs and lyrics: We do not host, reproduce, or license any song, recording, or lyrics, and we do not license the marks of any artist, label, or broadcaster. You may not add them to suggest an affiliation.
• You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Tesla Flying Car AI and of any third parties whose models, content, or trademarks are involved in the service.

Third-Party AI Model

Tesla Flying Car AI does not train or operate its own video model. Every video on this site is generated by MiniMax H3, a model provided by MiniMax. Generation requests are sent to MiniMax through an API access partner that relays them unchanged.

• MiniMax H3 is the only model this site uses.
• The model, its version, and its pricing may change if the provider updates or retires it. We will reflect such changes on the site.
• MiniMax’s own usage policy applies to every request and may restrict certain content or subject matter independently of these Terms.
• We are not responsible for provider outages or policy changes, though credits consumed by a video that fails to generate are reversed as described in the Refund Policy.

Third-Party Trademarks

Tesla Flying Car AI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CapCut, MiniMax, or any other platform or technology company, nor with Tesla, Inc., any Tesla vehicle or product, SpaceX, Elon Musk, or any other company, brand, vehicle maker or public figure, nor with any other product or website that uses the name “Tesla Flying Car AI”. The word “Tesla” or “Roadster” in this site’s name or text describes the topic people search for and does not mean the cars in your videos are Tesla vehicles or that anything here comes from Tesla.

The “flying car” video format is a trend that spread on TikTok and other platforms, and a widely shared October 2026 vehicle demonstration video made people search for AI flying car videos. Its use here is limited to the general idea of a car firing rocket thrusters and flying away with a person at the wheel; no original footage, no vehicle maker’s designs and no logos are used, and this service does not produce footage of any real vehicle. We did not create the trend and claim no rights in it. All product names, platform names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Where such names appear, they are used solely to identify the platform or model being described, and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.

Video Generation Service

Our service provides:

• Photo-to-Video: One photo of one person per video, plus an optional photo of a car
• Flights: Sunset driveway lift-off, make my car fly, escape the traffic, rainy day button, 0-60 in 1 second, and wall flip
• Format: 9:16 vertical or 16:9 horizontal, at 768p
• Length: 15 seconds
• Generated Sound: Thruster noise and a low synth pulse are generated by the model with every video; audio upload is not available
• Commercial Usage Rights: Full rights to use generated videos for personal and commercial purposes
• Credit-Based System: Purchase credits to generate videos, with validity disclosed for each plan during checkout

Prohibited Activities

The full list of rules is in our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone who has not agreed to appear in a generated video, of anyone under 18, or of any public figure
• Use a video or its caption to accuse, harass, bully, or impersonate a real person
• Present a video as real footage, as a clip from a real film, or as evidence that something happened to a real person
• Create content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service
• Share account credentials, resell access, or attempt to circumvent usage limitations

Privacy and Data Collection

Tesla Flying Car AI collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Uploaded Photo and Settings: The photo you upload and the options you choose for each video
• Usage Analytics: Data related to your activity and feature usage on our service
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
• Payment Information: Data necessary to process credit purchases
• Generated Content: Videos created using our service (stored temporarily for delivery)

Pricing and Payments

• Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system where credits are used to generate videos. The credit cost of each length is shown before you generate.
• Shared Balance: Your credit balance belongs to your shared account. Credits bought on either site can be spent on either site, and refunds follow the original purchase regardless of which site it was made on.
• Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases: Subscription plans renew at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled. One-time credit packs do not recur.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.
• First-Subscription Guarantee: A first subscription purchase may be refunded when requested within 7 days of the initial charge. Subscription renewals and one-time credit packs are otherwise final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Refund Policy: Eligibility and request instructions are described in our separate Refund Policy.
• Credit Expiration: Credit validity follows the plan terms shown during checkout. Subscription credits are tied to the applicable subscription period; one-time pack credits are valid for the stated pack validity period.
• Pricing Changes: Prices are subject to change with advance notice to users. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
• Payment Processing: Payments are handled by our payment provider. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit package.

Service Availability and Performance

• Generation Times: A video usually takes a few minutes to generate, and can take longer when demand is high
• Quality Standards: Video models are not deterministic. Likeness, motion, the path of the ball, and sound vary from run to run, and we cannot guarantee specific results for every generation
• Refused Requests: The model provider may refuse a photo under its own safety policy. Credits for refused or failed videos are returned automatically
• Service Uptime: While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Technical Limitations: Generation capabilities may be limited by current AI technology and computational resources

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or is harmful to other users of the service, to people shown in uploaded photos, to us, or to third parties. Because your account is shared, termination applies to both sites. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesla Flying Car AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tesla Flying Car AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, the photos you upload, the videos you generate or share, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Hong Kong, in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
